In the senior years at Nazareth, we empower young people to be leaders for the world God desires by providing diverse and tailored pathways that will lead to a range of careers (even those not yet invented)!
It is our aspiration that during their final school years, students will realise their capacity to lead their own fulfilling, holistic and purposeful lives. Whether they are headed for university, further education, training, apprenticeships, or the workforce – Nazareth students are supported to exceed their own expectations and will graduate knowing they can influence positive change in the world.
From Year 10, students are offered extensive subject choices as they start to make selections for their future pathways and begin the journey towards their South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE).
Focussing on mindset, resilience, and skills for employability, students develop strategies for participating successfully in society. So, by the time they graduate, our young people are prepared with knowledge and confidence to thrive in the era of innovation and opportunity they’re entering.
We’re well-prepared to support students in overcoming the challenge of completing their SACE. Our unique Year 12 wellbeing program places emphasis on life beyond school and provides experiences students will draw on for the rest of their lives.
We are committed to ensuring success is achievable for everyone.
Nazareth students have freedom to choose from a wide range of subjects (over 50 in Year 12 at last count)!
Vocational Education & Training (VET) courses complement our curriculum and are highly encouraged. Our highly qualified specialist teachers and pathways staff provide a support network for career planning.
